We are a Vancouver-based art and design studio dedicated to creating experiences and products that connect and inspire
here and now.In this hyper-connected world, we feel more disconnected from each other and our environments than ever before.
Our work brings people together, inviting them to be fully present in the moment and engaged with all their senses and their surroundings.
Reigniting people’s sense of wonder is at the heart of our design. Our pieces evoke curiosity and playfulness, fostering indelible connections through striking experiences and memorable moments.
We create, we delight, we inspire.
We are Tangible.

Tangible began in 2006 in Vancouver, British Columbia, led by artist Alex Beim. Today, our multidisciplinary team has expertise in graphic design, industrial design and sound design, as well as electronics engineering and software development.
Our work is global. We’ve worked with brands such as Ford, Verizon, ESPN, Heineken, Samsung, Nokia, Adidas and MTV. We’ve also collaborated with many entertainers, including Blue Man Group, Cirque du Soleil, Sensation White, Arcade Fire, Green Day, Coldplay and the Chemical Brothers.
At home, we’ve created public artworks for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, the City of Richmond, Science World, Capilano Suspension Bridge, the Vancouver Aquarium, Siggraph, and many Vancouver Business Improvement Associations.
We also have a range of experiential products that are available for rent or long-term licensing. These include the Digital Graffiti Wall, Zygote Balls, JAX and Haven. These experiences are completely customizable for brands to make their own.
Our work can be seen in large public spaces, convention centers, business offices, and private homes. Our scope is broad - we’ve created everything from small light fixtures in restaurants to massive installations for the Olympic Games Closing Ceremony.
