Tuesdays and Thursdays - 9am-10am
Upon arrival at Affinia Healthcare, please park and call (314) 443-5874. The COVID tester will respond to your call and ask for your name, DOB, and phone number. Please stay in your car until you receive further instructions.
State DHSS Testing - IBEW Local #1
Every Thursday - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm., Drive-thru
Having a state-issued identification card available at the testing site will speed up the process immensely; however, no identification documents are required. The test used at these community testing events is a PCR test done by an anterior nares swab to determine the presence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Results will be available as soon as possible, but no later than 72 hours from the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Dates and times are subject to change in the event of inclement weather.
*This is a screening only and not a medical evaluation. People with chronic health conditions or moderate to severe symptoms should be evaluated by a provider as soon as possible. Testing is FREE and will be done as an on-site, drive-through process. Walk-ups are also permitted. Please bring health insurance card and a valid photo ID if you have one.
