This chart shows the executive recruitment channels used by companies in France in 2015 and 2016. Over 20 percent of respondents indicated that they had used a headhunter to find candidates in 2015. In 2016, this figure slightly increased to almost 25 percent.

The interviewee is the person in charge of external recruitment of executives in the company (Human Resources Manager, Recruitment Officer, Recruitment Manager, Employment-Training Manager, Administrative and Financial Director, Business Manager, etc.). The companies surveyed are representative of private sector companies, according to the criterion of executive staff by sector of activity." Several answers were possible.
