A survey conducted in 2023 revealed that TV sets dominated as the preferred device for streaming programs across various services in the United States. For example, 77 percent of Netflix users in the U.S. preferred TVs for streaming video, with similar trends for Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, and Apple TV+. In contrast, mobile viewing was less common, with usage rates between seven and 11 percent.
