As of 2022, the labor force participation rate in Ghana stood at slightly over 80 percent for people aged 25 years and older. On the other hand, the rate was at 41.8 percent for people between the ages of 15 and 24 years. The legal age allowed for a person to obtain employment in Ghana is 15 years.
