The operational plan for the gps bags is a critical component of the overall business plan. By carefully

Capacity design:
For a GPS bag linked with a watch product, it’s generally more practical and efficient to establish proper
contracts with suppliers rather than buying raw materials on a daily basis Contracts provide stability in

The location of our product should be available in main market to be accessible to our target audience.

in outlets. Our product should be affordable, so we should wisely choose location for people to come here

as well as the availability of our raw material conveniently. We also need the workforce manually and an
area to provide space for manufacturing. Therefore, we rented out an office area in Islamabad.
Supply Chain Management
In our GPS bag manufacturing process, we selected our components suppliers Alibaba Chinese Company
and B2B Pakistan. They provide the raw material of our choice with a suitable price and good quality on
time. The ware houses are near our manufacturing plant. We have good relationship with our suppliers to
create a friendly work environment. We also focus on the proper finishing and bagging of our products.
Our product is conveniently accessible on our brand site and our outlets as well.
Layout Design
We showcase our bags on easy to use online website which include the smart and easy description of our
product. Our website also include the tempting pictures of our products. We also have trained staff who
guide our customers at outlets to visualize our products at bag corners. Our product details are also
visualized through sign boards and neon signs. In this way our customers are attracted into buying our
product.

Our price is neither out of reach nor very cheap. We use a value base price method. We understand our
customers.
We use a value based pricing method. We ensure that our customers feel pleasant when they are paying.
We understand our customers. We know their choice and what they want to pay. We charge the average
price, their choices and what they are willing to pay. We charge an average price. We choose a price that
won’t cost much. Our target allowance is working women and we charge average prices. If we charge a
low price they would think that the bag quality is very low. So they would not agree to buy our product. If
we charge too high a price. They would not agree to buy our product because they could not afford our
product. This stage is more profitable. We are not charging very high prices, rather we are charging our
price more than average. We know their choices and know what they are willing to pay. We charge
average prices. We choose such prices that won’t cast any loss even. Our target audience is working
women. We charge not very average price. If we charge a low price, they would have thought that the bag
quality is very low. So they would not agree to buy our product. If we charge too high a price. They
would not agree to buy our product because they could not afford our product.
This stage is more profitable if we charge not very high prices or not very low prices. We charge our
prices slightly more than average. We keep our quality and price at almost the same level while deciding
the pricing of our product.
At the end of every year, we offer discounts and give rewards to our loyal customers.
Place strategy:
Place strategy is an important factor of a brand’s marketing mix; it focuses where the brand sells its
product so they are available to the selected target market of the brand. Place strategy is very important
for any brand because unless you cannot reach customers you cannot get profits.

Our product uses a direct distribution strategy. Our brand works on distribution strategy in which
products are distributed directly from manufacturing place to brand outlets without any involvement of
wholesalers or retailers.
Coverage
Our brand has a total 4 outlets in different cities Gujrat, Islamabad and Sialkot and Lahore.
Manufacturing factories of bags are basically in Islamabad as leather the main raw material while
manufacturing bags is easily available there.
Online distribution channel
As the world is becoming digital with every passing day. In this regard, the e-commerce concept
is opening doors toward online distribution channels like amazon and daraz etc. So somehow indirect
distribution is also being used for online availability of products. We make available all our products on
our brand’s official website and other social media platforms with all required details to make it easy for
customers to buy online products.
Promotion Strategy
A promotion strategy is a set of different activities that marketers develop to reach a broader audience
and to increase demand for a brand.
TV ads
TV ads are the best way to portray our product’s attributes dramatically and user and usage
imagery. Furthermore, TV ads have the ability to reach broader customers.

In this era, the internet is the most powerful weapon for any brand or small business. Outer brand
has also developed a website and Instagram and Facebook pages to reach the public. Google ads and
youtube ads are also tools our brand is using.

Our brand used to print its ads in fashion magazines and newspapers not on a regular basis but
frequently we make sure to reach an audience.

As there is always competition between brands, in order to grab the attention of the public we
will give give them some sale benefits and discounts on special events.

Our brand has specially designed billboards and displays them occasionally not too much but on

As our company is at startup stage. So we three friends started a company as partnership. In which one of
us is marketing expert, one is finance expert and one is technical expert. As a general liability include
broader coverage and higher protection then limited liability and general liability have more benefits than

As our business is at starting stage therefore, we put centralized principles of authority in our company. In
which upper management take all decisions for the company. However, the partnership agreement may
specify that certain decisions require the consent of all partners so, as we do partnership that's why our

deep understanding of the marketing landscape, including the latest trends and best practices, technical

The management team of our organization is varied in expressions of services, skill, and experience. Our
management team is experience in the business world, including marketing, sales, and finance. As we do
partnership so one of our partner have experience in marketing and sales and also a strong understanding
of the wearables industry. And one of our partner have experience in finance and accounting. And one of
our partner have a strong background in AI technology. Also experience in the development of wearable
devices and mobile applications.
As the CMO of GPS bags is responsible for the company's marketing and sales. Also responsible for
developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, and for generating leads and closing deals.
As the CFO is responsible for the company's finances, oversee the company's accounting, budgeting, and
financial reporting. And the CTO is responsible for the company's technology. So also responsible for
developing and maintaining the company's software and hardware.
