2. An entrepreneur is someone who is responsible for setting up a business or an enterprise
3. In a socialist country, it is the State who plays the role of being an entrepreneur.
1. One advantage of being an entrepreneur is that you are your own boss. You respond to no higher authority,
except maybe the clients you represent, as the founder and CEO of a firm. Another advantage is that you get to
choose your own team and you get to call the shots as an entrepreneur.
2. One disadvantage of being an entrepreneur is that to achieve success in this area, you must be a natural leader.

Since no one in the field of entrepreneurship guides your every step. Another disadvantage is that you are going
to feel more stress than you can possibly imagine.
3. An entrepreneur is someone who, with his/her imaginative concept, discovers the need for society and seeks to
satisfy this even. On the other hand,' entrepreneurship' refers to the method of forming a corporate enterprise as
a return in the future, expected to gain benefit.

lighting.
- The ones who benefit from the innovation are the people who often take pictures and selfies of their own faces.
- If you have been exposed to a ring light for too long, your eyes may feel slight dimness as for my experience. But overall,
ring lights do not have much negative aspects to a person.

struggling since a laptop that can be carried anytime is not made yet and it causes inconvenience.

their files done without the help of a desktop computer.
- Laptops can cause unemployment since a laptop can do what an employee has to do. It can also cause bac rpoblems if
you have been using it for hours.

made out of a plastic film which can be harmful for our environment.
Concept: Franchise a milk tea shop inside a well-known shopping mall beside a school to capture over thousands of
people and students to quench their thirst while roaming around.
Customer Needs: A shopping mall is filled with brands that sell fabulous clothes and arcade games that can be a leisure
time for shoppers and students, with only limited stores that have affordable food and beverages. Shoppers and students
who pass by at the said mall have no nearby places to relax and regain their tiredness from roaming if ever they feel
hungry and thirsty. There can be an opportunity to open a milk tea shop in the mall that can become a spot for shoppers
and students to unwind and rest with drinking a fresh drink and eating tasty foods.
Issues: The shopping mall can have short opening hours that can affect running the business and making it slow in the
said days with short opening hours.
1. A business plan is a formal worded report containing a company's objectives, the strategies for achieving those
objectives, and the time period for achieving the objectives. A business plan sets out a written vision from marketing,
financial, and organizational backgrounds for the organization.
2. A business plan is important to an owner because it helps in making critical and better decisions for their business.
Developing a business plan helps the owner to decide ahead of time the solution to some of the most important
business decisions. While for the prospective investors and lenders, before they send you money, they want a written
business plan. A clear overview of the business concept is not enough. Alternatively, make sure you have a detailed
business and financial strategy that reveals the chances of success and how much you may need for the venture to
take off.
3. The aim of a Business Plan is to define, explain and assess, review its technological, economic and financial viability, a
business opportunity and/or a business already in development. A business plan is created in most situations to
clarify and demonstrate the vision you have for your organization, and to convince others to assist you achieve that
vision.

My idea for a business is that it connects consumers as well as the entrepreneurs that are involved in that business
field and that it usually refers to companies that, in return for payment, seek benefit by supplying products or
services.
The tools and materials that I will need to get started are some pliers used for making jewelry, some enamel charms,
beads, a nylon string, chains, resin, jump rings, and a sketchbook to design and create some designs.
I will sell charm bracelets and even matching necklaces to people who would like to match it with their best friends at
a very affordable price.
My business will be uniquely qualified to succeed as I am good at problem solving and I am willing to learn so many
things that can help my business succeed as an entrepreneur.
I see my business as a business who promotes connectivity between people who are willing to make themselves
better for their loved ones with the help of my products. And of course, I see it as a huge venture in the near future.
The greater purpose of my business that I am working towards is the purpose of letting people know that they are not
alone because with the help of buying our products, people can give them as a gift for someone they treasure the
most.
My target customers are teenagers or even adults who appreciate the little things in life, and those who find joy in
wearing pieces of charms and jewelry.
I would reach these people by posting and engaging in social media platforms since that is where most people spend
their time browsing on things.
Since I am planning to sell products at a friendly price, my customers don’t have to worry about spending too much
on my cheap but high quality and trendy products.
From the start, I guess I would not hire some employees. But when I can finally give them their salary, I would
consider hiring employees since I can’t do it all alone by myself.
The skills and knowledge that they need is to be responsible, disciplined, and flexible for our business to be able to
prosper and fly high with my employees.
Aim: My aim for my business is to increase profitability while keeping corporate social responsibility for its shareholders
or stakeholders, and to promote empowerment, acceptance, inclusivity, and diversity for people of all genders.
I am going to do this by engaging into making my business prosper and by taking care of my employees since we are a
whole team and to be responsive and organized on my plans for my business, and by accepting changes and mistakes
that can help us improve as one business proper.
The costs of my business would include its cost of capital which is the cost of debt and cost of equity, and the prices
of my products which would go for around P50 to P300 depending on which the customer would order.
The resources needed for my business would be of course, personnel, technology, and the finances. And as a jewelry
business, I would need things and supplies like gold-plated chains, wires, pendants, metal, pliers, and synthetic gems.
COLOURETTE, an entrepreneurship that has started from 2015, was made by Nina Ellaine Dizon Cabrera herself. She
planned her business by saving up from buying and also selling ukay clothes, and even started a business from scrap
soaps and called it Fairness and Flawless. And when she has saved up to make her own make-up line, Fairness and
Flawless has dissolved and Colourette was born. She established her entrepreneurship because she wanted to create a
make-up line that’s suited for Filipinos. The owner herself is not the only person who benefits from her plan, but it also
benefits the employees and customers. Since Colourette is a brand that promotes empowerment, empowerment,
acceptance, inclusivity, and diversity for women, the CEO herself applies those principles to herself and her employees
and consumers are pushed to do the same as well. They all benefit from the enterprise because not only they help with
the brand, but they also help themselves believe that they benefit from the principles the brand has given to them.
1. The major opportunities that I expect to participate in the industry are those who have living-wage employment that
place low- and moderate-income workers on a well-established economic self-sufficiency career path, are close to
transport, and are open to low-income areas. While the threats are going to be the competition, market entry, prices
and costs, approvals, and supply.
2. Yes, I believe that there can be opportunities open for my envisioned enterprise in the future given the potential and
actual supply and demand situation. In terms of supply and demand, a company owner must still be aware. Although
hundreds of books on the subject have been read, it comes down to how much consumers want a certain product
and how much a company should push to sell the product. Each has almost no effect on prices, with many buyers
and sellers in a competitive market, causing it to be influenced by initial perception.
3. The major threats to the supply and demand situation in the future are the rising price of products, production
problems, natural disasters, and transportation failures or delays.
1. There are a lot of grim sides to the coronavirus pandemic. People get sick and die around the world, schools close, the
healthcare system are overrun, workers lose their jobs, corporations risk recession, financial prices crash, and nations
continue to spend billions on bailouts and medical assistance. And Covid-19 is a massive stressor for all, whether
specifically harmed or not, messing up our psyche, causing our worries and uncertainties. I think that the
opportunities provided by this threatening situation offer us more time, energy and creativity, better meetings, to
reflect and rethink, to communicate and give assistance to those in need, to have a clearer setting, confidence and
acceptance.
2. Easy to build a customer base, It’s in demand and trendy, You can sell milk tea at any time of the day, There are
different types of franchises you might choose, Connectivity among customers, Loyalty among consumers, Embraces
technology, Gaining customer feedbacks, Values employee-customer relationship
