Problems in Employees
1. Give more convenient service to the customer
Hire an employee that can give a better service to customers, in that
customers will feel happy and theres a chance that their customers will be
loyal to them
2. Talk to the employee
They may not realize their performance or behavior is unacceptable.
Describe the issues objectively.
what they are doing and why it isnt acceptable and guide them to where
you want to see them perform.
3. Giving Incentives
You can use incentives to help encourage and motivate employees to
do their best. You can approach this from many different angles. For
example, you could offer incentives for when employees meet certain goals
or you can offer general incentives on a regular basis, which help to improve
employee morale. Incentive can be in the form of money, prizes, plaques,
and travel.
Competency among all the other bakeries
1. Making promos to their product
The customer will be more attracted to their goods and has a chance
to become in demand
III.
The study aimed to identify the three (3) best problems that the Jermaliz
Solis Bakery had experience.
1. Problems in Employees
The objective of business owners is profitability. The employees
are the face of the business to the customers. They are the heart and
soul of a business and they are the mechanism that makes a business
run. For some businesses, employees are a necessity because it is
hard to run a popular business or even a small shop single-handedly. A
business cannot run unless someone, employees, in this case, is doing
the work. The organization's success depends on the employees'
performance and poor performance can cause damage to the
company's success.
Mr. Solis problem to his employees is that they are hard headed
and they always want to advance cash from their salary. They also
performed poor communication to their customer. Employees who
cant answer questions about the product and why your bakery is
better than the other bakeries will result in lost of sales.
In this aspect, Bad employees not only affect an employer by
driving down sales but they also affect the customer as well. Once a
customer has experienced a bad employee, it automatically affects the
employer in obvious ways. Although this seems like common sense to
most people, it is unusual how most employers will overlook this fact,
whether its because of time to deal with the problem or lack of better
judgment. It is a fact that sales get affected for a reason. The reason
could be because of the customers lack of satisfaction with whatever
service he or she had received and that lack of satisfaction from bad
employees.

Keeping your
employees happy in the workplace can make your company a stronger. The
researchers chose giving incentives as a solution to the problem of Mr. Solis
with his employees because in giving incentives, employees will motivate to
do their job properly. Mr. Solis can give increase to their salary, gifts and
even a chance to have a vacation if they are performing well.
2. Managing quality and service is very essential for small business. Quality
products help to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty and reduce the
risk of disappearance or loss of the customers. Customers expect businesses
to deliver quality products. If not, they will quickly look for alternatives.
Quality is critical to satisfy customers and retaining their loyalty so they
continue to buy in the future. Businesses like bakeries can build a reputation
for quality and good services. This is the solution in competing to the other
bakeries. Customers will prefer to choose a product that has a high quality of
bread and excellent employees services.
