Melotti G.S. Genio Gruppo Sportivo Amba Galliano G.S. Mar Rosso (an indigenous club, joined 1946/47) G.S. Hamasien (an indigenous club, joined 1945) G.S. Ghezzabanda In addition, British teams occasionally joined tournaments: Loyal Regiment 525 Transit Camp Rash Postal In December 1936 the first six indigenous Eritrean teams were organised to compete in their own league (separate from the Italian one above). The following 3 clubs (all having Italian names) are known: Ardita, Savoia, Vittoria. Indigenous clubs played for the Director's Cup.
