TORRANCE, Calif., Oct. 13 (UPI)—A. physician linked to the drug overdose death of a young television actress, Mary Anissa Jones, hss been charged with 11 felony counts of illegally prescribing powerful drugs. Dr. Don Carlos Moshos, 65 years old, was ordered to appear at preliminary hearing on Nov. 3. He was freed on $5,000 bail. Miss Jones, 19, died on Aug. 28. She portrayed Buffy in the TV series “Family Affair.”
