BUFFALO, Dec. 10—Mrs. Helen Northrup Knox, wife of Seymour H. Knox, chairman emeritus of the Marine Midland Bank, died Monday in Buffalo General Hospital. She was 69 years old.
Her two sons, Seymour H. Knox 3d and Northrup, own the Buffalo Sabers professional hockey team.
