If your event occurs over multiple days in a row: 

  • Make the start date as the first day of your event, and make the end date as the last day of your event 
  • EX: 7/7/23 8:00 AM to 7/13/23 5:00 PM
  • Do NOT put it as a recurring event

If your event is recurring for multiple weeks: (EX: it happens every Friday night for 5 weeks):

  • Make the start/end date for the first event time 
  • EX: 7/7/23 6:30 PM to 7/7/23 8:00 PM
  • Then, make it a recurring event
  • EX: Happens weekly
  • Every 1 week
  • Happening 5 times
