Navy Man's Family Will Receive Medal SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 27. -(UP)- Cmdr. Samuel D. Dealey| won't be here tomorrow morning when a grateful nation gives him Its highest award, the Congressional Medal of Honor. Commander Dealey has been "missing on war patrol" with the submarine USS Harder since October, 1944. So his wife, Mrs. Edwine Dealey and his three children, Joan, 14, David, 2, and Barbara Lee, 5, will accept the five-pointed star in the laurel wreath. On four combat patrols with the Harder, Dealey sent to the bottom more than 75,000 tons of Japanese shipping, rescued a. navy pilot from under the muzzles of Jap shore batteries and snipers, won four navy crosses and a presidential unit citation.
