Niwano Peace Prize recipient to speak A public reception honoring Marii Hasegawa will be held today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the YWCA, 6 N. Fifth St. Hasegawa, 77, a resident of Imperial Plaza here, has just returned from Japan where she received the Niwano Peace Prize, awarded annually to individuals or organizations that have contributed to interreligious cooperation and furthering the cause of world peace. She will speak at 6 p.m. about her experiences in Japan. The reception is sponsored by the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom and the Richmond Peace Education Center.
