" The Cat People originated way back in time, when humans sacrificed their women to leopards, who mated with them. Cat People look similar to humans, but must mate with other Cat People before they transform into panthers. Irene Gallier was raised by adoptive parents and meets her older brother Paul for the first time since childhood. We follow brother and sister - who seem to be the only ones of their kind left. Cat People is a 1982 American supernatural horror film directed by Paul Schrader"

"Pros: The overall style of the movie. Natasha Kinski Malcolm McDowell, is wonderfully creepy in the movie. The rawness of the movie, as unsettling as cit can be at times. The film score, and David Bowie. The effects work. Con: You will be saying, what the hell? More than once during watching the movie."
"Directed by: Paul Schrader Cinematography: John Bailey "
"Rated: R Why it’s rated: It’s a hot, steamy, adult horror fantasy, and also profanity."
“Remake que no tiene nada que envidiarle a la película de los 40's y tampoco debería hacerlo, esta es más horny y más sanguinaria; debería ser más recordada esta película de Schrader, además de tener a una Natassia Kinski y Malcolm McDowell en su esplendor.” read more
"For some reason this movie has eluded me for years, despite being a big fan of Paul Schrader's work. I was able to find a newer "dual layer" DVD, so glad to finally be giving this a watch."
