Effective November 1 2023, Joint Base Langley-Eustis' trusted traveler program is suspended.  All personnel must be in possession of a military ID, Department of Defense civilian or contractor ID, or previously issued active base access pass to enter Joint Base Langley-Eustis. Any Person(s) not in possession of one of these forms of identification must have a DOD CAC (Active Duty/Reserve/Guard/Civilian), military dependent or retiree ID card holder as a sponsor and enter JBLE through the Visitor Control Centers.
