Patria AMV is a combination of superior mobility, outstanding protection, excellent firepower and interoperability. Patria AMV has been developed to provide optimal modularity of components and to be adaptable for a wide range of versions without changes in basic vehicle systems. Versions are based on four hull models. The armored transporter is a basic combat vehicle used by motorized battalions. It is intended to provide safe transport to infantry units, as well as to destroy the adversary's live force, armoured and other combat resources on the ground, as well as air-space targets within the effective range of the vehicle and personal protection of motorized squads.
Armoured modular vehicle Patria AMV 8x8 is a multipurpose military vehicle, production of which is based on cooperation with the Finnish company PATRIA LAND &ARMAMENT OY, realized through transfer of technology. In production of AMV 8x8 vehicles the most up to date technologies have been applied. Vehicle features maximal capacity of payload, simultaneous integration of the high level armour with high level of mine protection and incorporation of heavy weapon platform - without jeopardizing of vehicle mobility. The basic feature of the vehicle AMV 8x8 is its modular design, which enables installation of equipment for various missions on the same vehicle platform.

AMVXP is available with highest level modular ballistic protection and potential for state-of-the-art active defence systems. With AMVXP you can protect troops against IED, NBC, ballistic threats of up to level K5+. AMVXP´s mine protection is scalable even above STANAG level 4a/4b. AMVXP’s optimized shape, low radar and thermal signature enable AMVXP’s superior stealth features.
AMVXP has state-of-the-art fully independent hydropneumatic suspension system and extremely strong chassis construction for high speed off-road driving. AMVXP’s easy to use and unrivalled mobility is based on high performance powerline together with an Integrated Terrain Control System (ITCS) and optional rear axle steering for enhanced manoeuvrability. It is supported by large wheel size and CTIS for low ground pressure, Run Flat system and ABS. AMVXP is available with amphibious capability for water crossing and amphibious landing operations. AMVXP‘s chassis characteristics enable the use of any weapon system needed for engaging targets rapidly and with pinpoint accuracy. AMVXP is ideal for integration of medium calibre weapon systems, direct fire cannon systems up to 120 mm, Patria Nemo 120 mm turreted mortar system and anti-tank or anti-aircraft missile systems. AMVXP’s high payload with large internal volume enables carrying weapon systems, ammunition and the crew equipment according to mission needs.
Together with networked interoperability, GVA interface and fully digitalized vehicle data and control systems with IoT solutions ensures your soldiers to have the best possible platform to meet their objectives. AMVXP’s electrical power generation is measured to match the future requirements for C4I, Battlefield Management and Situational Awareness Systems, Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) together with the vehicle’s digital backbone.
