Having made a speech declaring every child deserves a good life, United Nations official Frank Larrimore (Hope) is put in charge of a baby girl found abandoned in UN headquarters. Agreeing to care for the tot until a suitable home is found, the bachelor is assigned to place her in the country he feels is most deserving. Pursued by a bevy of beauties who've been sent by their homelands to woo him, Frank attempts to put foreign affairs behind him while doing what's best for the baby. (texte officiel du distributeur)
