Access to Skylounge

Skylounge is the premium airport lounges designed for EBL customers. The world-class lounges, located at Dhaka and Chattogram airports, offer a variety of value-added features to meet the unique needs of every visitor. Since its launch in January 2014, Skylounge has been expanded to operate around the clock, boasting state-of-the-art amenities that appeal to both passengers travelling for business and leisure. In addition to serving premium EBL cardholders, we have partnered with major airlines to cater to their business class passengers, a healthcare partner, and Priority Pass, an international lounge partner. Fees & Charges:

Primary cardholder will get complementary access to Skylounge along with 01 adult guest with him/her and 02 child up to 12 years of age.
For Supplementary cardholder, he/she will get complementary access to Skylounge along with 2 child up to 12 years of age.
Any additional guest accompanied by EBL debit/credit card holders (who are entitled to enjoy certain number of complimentary Skylounge visits with certain number of complementary accompanied guest) will be charged additionally.
Any walk-in guest can avail the lounge access by paying BDT 2500.00/ USD 25.00 (including VAT) for Dhaka Skylounge (effective from 1st February 2024) and BDT 1000.00 (including VAT) for Chattogram Skylounge for every six hour.
Bangladeshi passport holders will be charged in BDT and foreign passport holders will be charged in USD.
All payments will be charged through physical POS machine, no cash transaction is accepted.
Only Departure passengers with their boarding pass are allowed to access the lounge.
For Kuwait, Malaysia, Malindo, Singapore, & US Bangla Airlines Business Class passengers, guests will enjoy access upon showing the Business Class boarding pass. EBL card’s complementary access will not be applicable.
If a customer has multiple EBL cards he/she can use any one card at a time for Skylounge access.

Following EBL Cardholders are entitled to enjoy certain number of complimentary Skylounge visits with certain number of complementary accompanied guest.
