Bethany Hall-Long, Lieutenant Governor of the State of Delaware
Dr. Bethany Hall-Long, who has served as Delaware's 26^th Lieutenant Governor since 2017, will address local government opportunities, challenges, and legislative priorities for 2024. As a member of the Democratic Party, she served in the Delaware House of Representatives from 2002-2008 and in the Delaware Senate from 2008-2017.
