Weymouth have signed centre-back Myles Anderson, with the 30-year-old arriving after two years with Hartlepool United.
They have also brought in Brazilian winger Alefe Santos, 25, who made 23 appearances for Aldershot last season.
Notts County have signed 23-year-old Belgian striker Elisha Sam.
The 6ft 5ins former Standard Liege youngster most recently played for Bulgarian side Arda Kardzhali and has also had spells with clubs in the Netherlands and Israel.

Woking's 20-year-old Australian midfielder Jack Skinner has signed a new contract.
29 August
Boreham Wood have appointed former Watford and Reading academy boss David Dodds as assistant manager to Luke Garrard after previous number two Vic Akers, 74, stepped down on Thursday.
28 August
Chesterfield have signed goalkeeper Kyle Letheren following his release by League Two club Salford City.
The 32-year-old's father Glan Letheren played for the Spireites in the 1970s.
Ebbsfleet United have re-signed Newport County defender Marvel Ekpiteta on loan until January.
The 25-year-old played 24 games for Fleet last season, scoring twice.
Weymouth have signed 27-year-old striker Cody Cooke from Scottish Premiership side St Mirren.
Cooke scored four goals in 27 games for the Saints after joining from Truro City in 2018.
27 August
Dover Athletic have signed goalkeeper Josh Bexon, left-back Sam Wood, midfielder TJ Bramble and striker Louis Collins.
Bramble, 19, was released by League One side Gillingham earlier this summer and Wood, 34, played 36 times for Bromley last season.
Bexon, 21, spent last season with Harlow Town while Collins, 19, was on the books at Sevenoaks Town during 2019-20.
Yeovil have signed midfielder Jimmy Smith, 33, on a one-year deal following his release by Crawley and a loan spell at Huish Park last season.
Boreham Wood assistant manager Vic Akers has stepped down from his role at the age of 74.
Akers led Arsenal to 10 Women's FA Cup wins before joining Boreham Wood as number two to Luke Garrard during the 2018-19 season.
26 August
Veteran Woking defender Nathan Collier, 35, has signed a new deal to remain for a third season with the Cards.
Sutton United midfielder Wayne Brown, 32, has signed a new contract but former Bradford winger Kyel Reid has left the National League club.
25 August
FC Halifax Town have signed defender Tom Bradbury, 22, from fellow National League club Yeovil.
24 August
King's Lynn Town have signed midfielder Cameron King following his release by FC Halifax.
The 24-year-old made 33 appearances for the Shaymen in 2019-20, the last in their 2-1 play-off defeat by Boreham Wood.
Hartlepool United have signed midfielder Tom Crawford after his contract with Notts County expired.
The 21-year-old made nine appearances for County last term, scoring once, and they won eight of those games.
Yeovil Town have signed midfielder Jack Clarke on a season-long loan from Premier League outfit Aston Villa.
The Republic of Ireland-born 21-year-old played twice for Villa's Under-21 side in last season's Checkatrade Trophy.

Stockport County have signed former Tranmere midfielder Harvey Gilmour, 21, on a short-term contract.

Midfielder Jonathan Smith, 33, and defender Haydn Hollis, 27, have agreed new deals to remain at Chesterfield for the 2020-21 season.
Solihull Moors have signed former Republic of Ireland midfielder Stephen Gleeson on a one-year deal.
The 32-year-old has made more than 320 Football League appearances, mainly for Birmingham City and MK Dons, and spent the past two seasons in the Scottish Premiership with Aberdeen.
Halifax Town have signed 23-year-old left-back Jack Senior after he left National League North side Gloucester City.
20 August
Notts County have signed Denmark international midfielder Casper Sloth, 28.
Chesterfield have re-signed Burnley defender Jordan Cropper on a season-long loan deal. The 20-year-old right-back made eight appearances during a loan spell with the Spireites last season.
Altrincham have signed former Crewe and Bolton striker Max Clayton, 26, on a short-term contract.
FC Halifax Town have signed 32-year-old midfielder Luke Summerfield from fellow National League side Wrexham.
Boreham Wood have signed Newport striker Corey Whitely, 29, on a season-long loan.
19 August
Notts County have named Greg Abbott as Neal Ardley's new assistant manager. Ardley's previous number two, Neil Cox, was recently appointed manager of Scunthorpe United.
Meanwhile, full-back Dion Kelly-Evans, 23, has signed a new undisclosed-length deal at Meadow Lane.
Chesterfield have signed Bermuda international midfielder Milan Butterfield, 22, from Kidderminster Harriers for a "nominal compensation fee".
Winger Danny Williams, 32, has agreed a new one-year contract with FC Halifax Town, who have also signed former Barnsley and Rochdale winger Reuben Noble-Lazarus, 27, on a one-year deal.
Altrincham attacking midfielder Josh Hancock has signed a new two-year deal with the National League newcomers.
18 August
Notts County have signed former AFC Wimbledon and Bradford midfielder Jake Reeves, 27.
FC Halifax Town have signed striker Matt Stenson, 26, on a two-year deal after he left fellow National League side Solihull Moors at the end of last season.
The Shaymen have also brought in 34-year-old Scottish midfielder Martin Woods, whose previous clubs include Sunderland, Doncaster and Ross County.
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed striker Darren McQueen, who played for Dartford last season. McQueen played under Daggers boss Daryl McMahon earlier in his career at Ebbsfleet.
Chesterfield forward Tom Denton, 31, has signed a new contract with the National League side.
Defender Alex Finney and midfielder James Rowe have agreed new contracts with Aldershot.
Midfielder Kane Ferdinand, 27, has signed a new contract with Woking for the 2020-21 season.
17 August
Chesterfield have signed former Nottingham Forest and Wycombe striker Nathan Tyson, 38, after a loan spell last season.
16 August
AFC Fylde have signed experienced midfielder David Perkins following his release by Tranmere Rovers on an undisclosed length contract.
Perkins, 38, has made more than 700 senior appearances in a career which began with Morecambe under Fylde manager Jim Bentley before spells at Colchester United, Barnsley, Blackpool, Wigan and Rochdale.
FC Halifax midfielder Jeff King, 24, has agreed a new one-year deal with the club.
King made 35 appearances last season for the Shaymen, including 22 starts.
15 August
Torquay have signed Bristol City midfielder Connor Lemonheigh-Evans, 23, after three previous loan spells with the National League club.
Yeovil have re-signed goalkeeper Adam Smith from Forest Green after two previous loan stints with the Glovers.
Striker Moses Emmanuel, 31, has signed a one-year contract with promoted Wealdstone. Emmanuel scored four goals in nine games for the National League South champions before last season was suspended because of the coronavirus pandemic.
14 August
Woking have re-signed Connor Hall, 22, on a permanent deal after the forward was released by Bolton Wanderers earlier in the summer.
Striker Jake Hyde, 30, has left Woking to join FC Halifax after scoring 16 National League goals in 2019-20.
Weymouth captain Josh McQuoid, 30, has extended his contract with the National League newcomers.
Midfielder Ollie Harfield, 22, has also agreed new terms for the 2020-21 campaign after being named in the National League South team of the season for last term.
Stockport County have signed winger Jordan Williams from AFC Fylde for an undisclosed fee. The 27-year-old has agreed a two-year contract.
13 August
Yeovil have signed defender Josh Staunton, 24, on a free transfer from fellow National League club Halifax, for whom he played a part in every game last season.
Woking have re-signed midfielder John Goddard, 27, for the 2020-21 season.
Notts County right-back Richard Brindley, 27, has signed a new deal with the beaten National League promotion finalists.
Eastleigh have signed former AFC Wimbledon goalkeeper Joe McDonnell, 26, from fellow National League club Notts County.
12 August
Midfielder Gus Mafuta, 25, has joined Boreham Wood on a one-year deal with an additional one-year option.
Mafuta spent last season with fellow National League club Hartlepool.
National League newcomers Altrincham have signed winger Yusifu Ceesay, 25, and former Morecambe defender Ritchie Sutton, 34.
Ceesay has agreed a permanent deal following two loan spells from Blackpool.
Meanwhile, midfielder Max Harrop, forward James Hooper and keeper Steven Drench have all left the club.
11 August
Eastleigh have signed striker Ben House, 21, following his release by Championship club Reading.
They have also brought in Northern Ireland Under-21 centre-back Pierce Bird, also 21, from Notts County.
Boreham Wood defender Femi Ilesanmi has agreed a new deal with the club for the 2020-21 season.
The 29-year-old, who joined the club from Dover in 2018, made 38 appearances last term.
Notts County defender Alex Lacey has a signed a new contract at the beaten National League promotion finalists.
The club has not disclosed the length of the 27-year-old defender's new deal - he initially joined on a short-term contract last November.
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed defender Elliott Johnson, 25, after his contract with fellow National League club Barnet expired.
10 August
Stockport manager Jim Gannon has extended his contract with the National League club until the summer of 2022.
Gannon is closing in on his 500th game in charge of County across three spells in charge.
Maidenhead United have extended forward Josh Kelly's contract with the club, while also signing former Barnet winger Dan Sparkes and defender George Wells from neighbours Slough Town.
Boreham Wood centre-back Jamal Fyfield, 31, has agreed a new two-year contract with the club after playing 28 games last season, scoring twice.
9 August
Maidenhead United midfielder Ryan Upward, 28, has agreed a new contract for the 2020-21 season.
8 August
Notts County captain Michael Doyle had agreed an undisclosed-length contract extension with the club.
He made 35 appearances in 2019-20 as County reached the National League play-off final before losing to Harrogate.
7 August
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed Solihull Moors striker Paul McCallum on a three-year contract.
The 27-year-old scored five goals in seven games during a loan spell with Barnet at the end of the 2019-20 season.
Sutton United have signed 29-year-old Australian goalkeeper Dean Bouzanis, who has spent the last four years with Melbourne City.
Striker Tobi Sho-Silva, 25, has also joined Sutton after scoring eight goals for FC Halifax in the 2019-20 campaign.
Solihull Moors have signed Morecambe left-back Jordan Cranston, 27, on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
6 August
Full-back Carl Dickinson and midfielder Charlie Lee have signed extended contracts with National League side Yeovil.
Defender Aaron Cunningham, 22, has signed a contract extension for next season with National League side Hartlepool.
5 August
King's Lynn Town have re-signed Norwich City midfielder Simon Power on loan for the 2020-21 season.
The 22-year-old played six games for the Linnets last season as they won the National League North title after the implementation of points-per-game because of coronavirus.
Hartlepool United have signed striker Mason Bloomfield from Norwich City on a permanent deal and former York full-back David Ferguson.
Bloomfield, 23, spent last season on loan at League Two Crawley and scored four goals in 24 games, while Ferguson, 26, registered 16 assists for the Minstermen in National League North last season.
Solihull Moors have re-signed midfielder Joe Sbarra on a permanent deal from Burton Albion.
The 21-year-old spent the end of the 2018-19 season on loan at Moors where he played six times.
4 August
Solihull Moors have signed former Coventry and Macclesfield midfielder Callum Maycock on a one-year deal.
The 22-year-old spent last season in National League North with Leamington.
Notts County, beaten in Sunday's National League promotion final by Harrogate, have released five more out-of-contract players - Zoumana Bakayogo, Regan Booty, Tom Crawford, Mitch Rose and Scott Wilson.
Veteran midfielder Michael Doyle is one of seven players to have been offered a new deal by the Magpies.
3 August
Solihull Moors have signed Wales Under-21 right-back Cameron Coxe on a two-year deal.
The 21-year-old, who was a free agent after leaving Cardiff City in June and made four appearances for the Bluebirds, also has an option for a third year.
Hartlepool United have signed winger Claudio Ofosu from Southern League Premier Division side Royston Town.
The 21-year-old contributed nine goals and 11 assists for Royston last season.
31 July
Ebbsfleet United have signed German winger Alex Eirich.
The 26-year-old played for manager Dennis Kutrieb's former club Tennis Borussia Berlin and played in the fourth tier of German football in 2017.
Stockport County have re-signed defender Jamie Stott on a two-year contract.
The 22-year-old has had three loan spells at Edgeley Park and was released by League Two side Oldham earlier this month.
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed winger George Saunders from Isthmian Premier League side Hornchurch.
The 22-year-old has had trials with Crystal Palace and Reading in the past 12 months.

Ebbsfleet United have signed 26-year-old former Bromley centre-half Jake Goodman.
29 July
Boreham Wood have signed goalkeeper Nathan Ashmore on a two-year deal after his contract with Ebbsfleet expired.
Ashmore spent most of last season on loan with the National League club.
28 July
Aldershot Town have signed midfielder Josh Rees, 26, from Bromley for the 2020-21 season.
Forward Harrison Panayiotou, who scored four times in 29 appearances for the Shots last season, has also agreed a new one-year deal.
25 July
Maidenhead United have signed defender Manny Parry. The 26-year-old centre-back has also had spells at Boreham Wood, Dover and Braintree.
Halifax Town have released five players and put two more on the transfer list following the end of their play-off campaign.
Will Appleyard, Jerome Binnom-Williams, Liam Nolan, Josh MacDonald and Jack Redshaw will leave, while Jacob Hanson and Matthew Brown have been told they can look for new clubs.
24 July
Ebbsfleet have made midfielder Ben Chapman their eighth summer signing.
The 21-year-old turned professional at Gillingham and spent last season with National League South side Dulwich Hamlet.

National League champions Barrow have signed forward Luke James, 25, on a two-year deal as they continue preparations for next season in League Two.
Stockport County have signed striker Alex Reid after the 24-year-old was released by Stevenage.
Woking goalkeeper Craig Ross, 30, has signed a new deal to remain with the National League club for the 2020-21 season.
17 July
Stockport County have signed defender Mark Kitching after he turned down a contract to stay with fellow National League side Hartlepool United.
The 24-year-old can play at left-back or in midfield and made 78 league appearances for Hartlepool in two seasons at the club.
16 July
Stockport County have signed brothers Connor and James Jennings ahead of the 2020-21 season.
Striker Connor, 28, had a loan spell with County in 2012-13 and arrives from League One club Tranmere, while defender James, 32, played 34 games for Wrexham last season.
Ebbsfleet United have signed goalkeeper Tom Hadler, 23, from Eastbourne Borough.
Hadler previously played under Fleet director of football Steve Lovell for League One side Gillingham.
Solihull Moors have signed Australian left-back Lewis Miccio, 21, on a 12-month deal with an option for a further year after he spent part of last season with Kidderminster Harriers.
15 July
Maidenhead United have signed striker Danilo Orsi-Dadomo, 24, who scored 15 goals for National League South side Hampton & Richmond in 2019-20.
Ebbsfleet midfielder Alfie Egan, 22, has signed a new deal for next season after 23 appearances in 2019-20.
Solihull Moors have re-signed defender Reiss McNally, 19, on a two-year contract. The teenager spent last season with Guiseley.
Stockport County have agreed new deals for next season with Ben Hinchcliffe, Ash Palmer, Sam Minihan, Jordan Keane, Adam Thomas and Neal Bell. The club have also released Paul Turnbull and Sam Walker.
14 July
Sutton United midfielder Harry Beautyman, 28, has agreed a new contract with the club after scoring 15 goals in 34 games during the 2019-20 season.
Woking defenders Ben Gerring, 29, and Jack Cook, 26, have agreed new one-year deals with the Cards.
Aldershot Town have signed attacker Joel Nouble, 24, from National League South side Concord Rangers while winger Craig Tanner, 25, and defender George Fowler, 22, have signed new deals with the Shots for the 2020-21 season.
Maidenhead United have signed former Norwich City midfielder Josh Coley, 21. He left Carrow Road in February before joining South Midlands League side Stotfold.
9 July
Woking midfielder Max Kretzschmar, 26, has agreed a new contract for the 2020-21 season.
Eastleigh have signed 20-year-old striker Dan Smith from Bognor Regis Town.
Smith, who began his career with the Spitfires before moving to Portsmouth's youth ranks, scored 28 goals in 30 games for the Isthmian League Premier Division side last season.

Ebbsfleet's Australian goalkeeper Jordan Holmes, 23, has extended his stay with the Kent club after making 22 National League appearances in 2019-20.
7 July
Former Wolves and West Ham winger Matt Jarvis, 34, has signed a new contract for the 2020-21 season with Woking.
Solihull Moors winger Ben Usher-Shipway, 21, has agreed a new deal for next season, with an option for a further 12 months.
Aldershot Town have signed Crawley Town defender Jamie Sendles-White, 26, on a one-year contract.
Full-back Lewis Kinsella, 25, has committed himself to the Shots for a further season after 35 games in 2019-20.
Chorley have made their eighth summer signing by bringing in midfielder Mike Calveley, 21, from National League North club Curzon Ashton.
6 July
Solihull Moors goalkeeper Ryan Boot has agreed a new deal for the 2020-21 season.
Defender Tyrone Williams, also 25, has also agreed to stay with the club next term, with an option for a further 12 months.
5 July
Chorley have signed former AFC Telford United full-back Arlen Birch.
The 23-year-old, who won the FA Trophy with AFC Fylde in 2019, made 19 appearances for the Bucks last season after joining in October.
30 June
Ebbsfleet United defender Jamie Grimes has left the club at the end of his contract.
Grimes, 29, joined Fleet from Macclesfield last summer and played 35 games in all.
Aldershot goalkeeper Mitch Walker, 28, midfielder Alfy Whittingham, 21, and striker Mohamed Bettamer, 27, have signed new deals with the club for the 2020-21 season.
Crewe forward Lewis Reilly, 20, will join Chorley on 1 August after signing a pre-contract agreement.
29 June
Ebbsfleet United defender Lawrie Wilson will leave the club when his contract expires at the end of the month.
The 32-year-old, who joined the club in January 2018, made 30 appearances in all competitions in 2019-20.
Defender Andy Halls, 28, is set to join Chorley after signing a pre-contract agreement to move from National League North side Curzon Ashton.
23 June
AFC Fylde midfielder Danny Philliskirk has signed a new two-year contract with the club.
The 29-year-old made 35 appearances in all competitions during the truncated 2019-20 season, scoring twice.
Eastleigh have signed former Tranmere Rovers striker Abdulai Bell-Baggie, 28, from National League South club Weymouth
They have also brought in full-back Joe Tomlinson, 20, from Hungerford Town.
1 June
Eastleigh have released three players, including 33-year-old former Peterborough United and Luton Town forward Scott Rendell.
The Spitfires, who have five players under contract, have five more - including experienced midfielder Danny Hollands, 35 - who have triggered new deals after reaching appearance targets
Manager manager Ben Strevens is also holding talks with Max Stryjek and Andrew Boyce over new deals.
29 May
The National League will await a decision by the English Football League on how to conclude the League Two campaign before deciding their next steps.
The regular season is over at non-league level, but the National League wants to preserve two teams being promoted into the EFL and that may involve play-off games being staged.
18 May
Manager Kevin Watson will leave Ebbsfleet United when his contract expires at the end of May.
The 46-year-old was appointed in November 2019, taking over from former boss Gary Hill.
12 May
Chester have turned down a takeover offer from the businessman who helped bale them out with the promise of a £1m cash injection two years ago.
Stuart Murphy, who has made rolling donations of over £500,000 since first being revealed as a potential investor in May 2018, last week made an offer to buy the National League North club.
But the board rejected it, stating that they would prefer to remain a fan-owned club and say Murphy has now ended his association.
Chester were seventh in the table when the season was suspended in mid-March.
8 May
Solihull Moors have released 15 players following the early end to the National League season because of the coronavirus outbreak.
Nathan Blissett, George Carline, Callum Coyle, Harry Flowers, Terry Hawkridge, Luke Maxwell, Jordan Murphy, Ryan Nesbitt, Jamie Reckord, Shaun Rowley, Matt Stenson, Dan Sweeney, Lee Vaughan, Danny Wright and Andy Wycherley are all being let go at the end of their contracts.
Club captain and academy manager Darren Carter is also out of contract, but the Moors hope that the former Birmingham, Preston and West Brom midfielder will stay at Damson Park.
7 May
National League North side Kidderminster Harriers have announced the appointment of Richard Forsyth, 49, as their director of football.
Forsyth has a long association with the club as he made over 300 appearances for Harriers in the 1980s and 90s.
