Artemis' second conference in New York City was very well attended, selling out a month in advance of the event. 295 people attended the ILS NYC 2018 conference on the day and we had a waiting list of nearly 75 people who we could not fit in (don't worry, we're expanding the venue again for 2019).
Speakers discussed the fact that the impressive reaction of the insurance-linked securities (ILS) market to 2017 catastrophe events shouldn’t be a surprise and said the marketplace has an opportunity to do even more in the future.
