Copyrights managed by ADAGP

ADAGP manages all the economic rights recognized by the law: reproduction and representation rights, collective rights and resale rights. 

Moral rights, which are intimately linked to the artist's personality, cannot be managed by a collective management organization: this is the responsibility of the artist himself or, after his death, of his successors (heirs, legatees).
