Comfortable stay in February. the room was recently updated and had a nice, big bed. 🛏️

the pancakes and scones were fantastic. the hotel's location was very central, to the greenway in westport. it was also really close to the lobby/restaurant and many shops around the town including central and county mayo and galway.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice and the location was marvellous close to everything. My bed was extremely comfy and the room was generous sized with bath...

Outstanding reception staff, resolved a small complaint immediately, left chocolates and water as a gift. Excellent bar staff serving food. Friendly staff, great breakfast, horse riding and spa experiences enjoyable. Comfortable, clean rooms, good spa and pool facilities. Short walk to quay area, close to town. Excellent service, Seamas was a standout employee. Will definitely return.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a large indoor pool and gym. Good location between the town center and waterfront, set in lovely gardens. Tasty breakfast with plenty of options. The spa and pool facilities were amazing, rejuvenating with a sea-infused treatment. The bedroom had floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a relaxing ambiance. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Conveniently located on the outskirts, with a pleasant walk into town. a wonderful stay.

In what was an otherwise lovely stay, we enjoyed the great location of the hotel. It is situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the beach and a lovely forest walk that leads to a famous house and gardens. The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the view from the dining area was pleasant. Additionally, the hotel had nice facilities, such as a spa and a bar with friendly staff.

The service in the restaurant was lacking, with long waiting times and mix-ups in orders.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, being halfway between the harbor and the town center. It was a short walk to both, although the return walk uphill may not be suitable for everyone. The hotel also provided easy access to a lovely walk around Westport House from the back of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and excellent with small children. Check-in and check-out were speedy and the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness without invading our privacy. The food was absolutely fantastic and they were very accommodating for my partner's allergies. the location, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff were all top-notch.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westport Woods Hotel & Spa. The hotel is located in a beautiful green area next to a lake, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the spa, which had clean and well-maintained facilities, including a large pool. While there were some children in the pool area, it was quieter in the morning, allowing for a more tranquil spa experience. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices to suit different dietary needs.

Although we had some minor disappointments, such as the firmness of the beds and the quality of the dinner at the restaurant, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at the hotel. We found the accommodations to be spacious, and while the hotel had a slightly dated feel, it did not detract from our enjoyment.

The spa facilities were a highlight of our stay, with a great pool and a relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was just a short walk to the nearby harbor area. Additionally, the breakfast provided a nice variety of options to choose from.

There were a few negatives that impacted our experience. The lift was also not working for the first day of our stay, causing some inconvenience.
