i loved my stay at the westin! our room had a stunning skyline view. the staff were super friendly, and the location is extremely close to both the mercedes-benz stadium and the state farm arena. the hotel was very clean, and we enjoyed a nice dip in the indoor/outdoor pool too.

The check-in process was smooth. The young lady upgraded our room to a higher floor because my son wanted to see the view. We ended up on the 64th floor, and the view was impressive. The lobby had a Starbucks, which was convenient.
The room was smaller than expected, and we had some noise from the hallway. Also, housekeeping missed cleaning our room on the first full day. There was an issue with the toilet, but it was fixed quickly.
