Staying in New York City during the holidays is something special. We enjoyed ice skating at Bryant Park while sipping hot cocoa, and the hotel's evening Indulgence Hours were a fantastic treat. The staff, especially Jason, went above and beyond to make our visit memorable by surprising my mom with champagne for her birthday.

In my wife’s opinion, they could offer more family-oriented activities.

Had a blast staying here! The views from my 19th-floor room were killer, especially of Times Square. Breakfast was top-notch, even if it cost a bit extra.
