Construction of the development is well advanced with the office towers and the retail mall targeting to be handed over to tenants from the middle of this year. The 3 luxury hotels/serviced apartments together with the remaining portion of the retail mall are scheduled to be completed towards the second half of 2017.

Within the development, a historical European-styled mansion has been carefully preserved, named Cha House in commemoration of Dr Cha Chi Ming, founder of HKR International. The development has been designed to integrate the new buildings with this historical building.
