LA CHINE
La Chine is an authentic culinary journey through China inspired by a desire to showcase the true depth of the country’s cuisine. The dishes, including a rare Chinese raw bar, exquisitely articulate the complexity of Chinese flavors while the finesse of French inspiration adds to the singularity of the La Chine experience. Tastes from an array of provincial regions are expressed with compelling depth in a refined setting unlike any other in the international metropolis that is New York City. The goal is to bring our guests on a journey to taste the cuisine of China.
