The East Tower is the second tower of a three phase development. The West Tower opened in June 2009 and is home to prominent tenants such as: KPMG, Goodmans LLP, Fasken Martineau, Heenan Blaikie, Barclays Canada, Gluskin Sheff, Thomson Reuters, and more.

The East Tower will attract a strong corporate tenant roster to further complement the “Centre of Business” status of Bay Adelaide Centre.
