There are certain things basketball fans have come to expect from the NBA Draft: tears of joy, a crazy suit or two, handshakes with the commissioner, and a new draft cap. With the hats almost as memorable as the actual draft picks, we decided to take a look back at each Nets version slipped on since the start of the new millennium.
For the first time in their three seasons in Brooklyn, the Nets’ draft hat features the primary team logo on the front panel, this time in combination with a muted text team name representation behind it. The white button and air holes lend a contrast to the classic black look.
