Element Skateboards, formerly known as “Underworld Element Skateboards”, is a world-renowned American skateboard company that specializes in skateboard decks, footwear and apparel. Headquartered in Irvine, California, Element was founded in 1992 by Johnny Schillereff – a skateboarder and entrepreneur from Southern California.

The company is currently owned by Billabong International.

The Element logo comprises of two circles contained in a square box. The inner circle incorporates a tree symbol. The logo reflects the company’s core values of professionalism, integrity and, more importantly, the aim to safeguard the environment.
