A sub-brand of Colgate-Palmolive, it sells toothpastes, toothbrushes, dental floss and mouthwashes in over 80 countries worldwide. Colgate was the first toothpaste to be introduced in a collapsible tube.
The company has become known for their powerful advertising campaigns, both digital and print, that helped sell their products in large numbers and set trends in the dental care marketplace.

The current version of the Colgate logo was adapted in 2001. It comprises of a rectangular box which contains the brand name in slightly italic, lowercase letters.

Font of the Colgate Logo
The Colgate logo incorporates a slight modification of the FreeSet font family which was developed by Tagir Safayev and Manvel Shmavonyan in 1992.
