Originally established in 1900 by John Francis and Horace Elgin Dodge as the “Dodge Brothers Company” and sold to Chrysler Corporation in 1928, it now operates in over 60 different countries worldwide and is in strategic alliance with Fiat.

Dodge is headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
