Shape of the EA Logo

The EA logo has undergone several changes throughout the years. The earliest logo of the company was designed by Barry Deutsch of corporate identity firm “Steinhilber Deutsch & Gard” and consisted of three basic shapes – namely square, circle and triangle. It was unveiled shortly after the establishment of Electronic Arts in 1982.

The current version of the Electronic Arts logo, which comprises of a circle and contains the company’s initials inside it in a very creative and original way, was influenced by the emblem of EA Sports, a sub-brand of the company. It underwent several changes after its introduction in 1992.
