Mission Statement:
It is the mission of the Collegedale Police Department to provide effective police services that will instill high public confidence, community trust, and support. Our goal is to enforce the laws fairly and impartially with integrity and professionalism. We will constantly strive to ensure peace and security through a sensitive, caring, and creative police service.
We will zealously guard and protect the rights and privileges bestowed by the constitution of the United States of America and the State of Tennessee.

Fingerprints:
Citizens needing to obtain fingerprints can come by City Hall and have an officer take the fingerprints if they are available. There is a $10.00 fee per print card except for residents of the City of Collegedale. Please bring fingerprint cards with you. Officers are available during the following times (subject to calls for service):
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Wednesday & Friday: 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
Police Records:
To obtain police reports you can visit City Hall during normal business hours or contact the records clerk via phone or email. Reports are generally available 3-5 business days after an incident. For more information contact the records clerk.
