To submit a paper to Open Medicine:

1. Register as an author. We encourage you to register as a reader and reviewer at the same time.
2. Submissions need to follow the instructions in our Author Guidelines
3. Review our Competing Interest policies and our Editorial Policies.

To submit a revised version of your paper to Open Medicine:

1. Log in
2. Click on Author
3. Click on QUEUED FOR REVIEW for the submission in question.
4. Under Editor Decision, upload revised Author Version using Browse and Upload buttons.
5. Use the Notify Editor email to inform editor that the revised version has been submitted.
