A guy from Washington, D.C. (me) and a kid from pittsburgh(Gerome Ragni) met in New York City and teamed up to write a musical they called HAIR. The two became three when they joined up with another guy from Montreal (Galt Macdermot) who wrote the music. 2 Americans and 1 Canadian wrote HAIR; Canadian music and U.S.A. text and lyrics.
