  • Expiration Date: The date that all stations’ licenses expire within a particular state in which the station is located.

  • Filing Date: The date that all renewal applications are to be timely filed with the FCC.

  • Petitions to Deny are due 1 month in advance of expiration date.

  • Filing date for renewals is 4 months in advance of expiration date

  • Please Note: Each regular renewal of license application must be filed at the FCC four (4) months prior to its expiration date.
