No doubt the staff of all the services. People who are friendly, attentive and willing to help in any matter you may need. Charming Pedro, attending the bar and room service. A real pleasure to meet a person with that service orientation and friendliness. In general, I think people are undoubtedly the most remarkable thing about the hotel. Charming all the reception staff, without exception, throughout the three days we were there. I think they could be a reference of service excellence anywhere and in any hotel.

I didn't like the fact that in a four-star hotel you didn't have slippers or a bathrobe, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. I don't think it's a good thing that in a hotel of that category they don't put at least a couple of bottles of water, free of charge, at the disposal of the guests in the room. beds are acceptable but not very comfortable. Specifically, we booked a triple room, auxiliary bed was smaller than the other two. is not exactly what is meant by a triple room, rather a double room with an extra bed.

Perfect hotel, nice, clean venue, with good treatment, unbeatable quality-price, super central and with big and modern rooms. last day we had breakfast in the hotel and it was unbeatable, all good and a lot of variety, natural juices, recent pastries, various types of tortillas, coffee capsules, etc, etc.

Under normal conditions we would not have anything to report as negative in a hotel as cool as this one, but this time we have to complain that in the room next to ours were WORKS (With hammering and even rotaflex on the last day of stay) Although we assume that if we had complained we would have changed room, we believe that this is not the solution for a 4 star hotel, we consider that your thing is not to use the rooms next to the construction site or at least warn the client before the reservation that you are going to have hits during the whole day of 09:00 to 19:00 if you do not have more rooms

We really enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel. The food was healthy.- The staff were superfriendly and extremely polite.- The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious.- The venue's location was great and stunning, very close to a metro station.

The breakfast was well prepared and rich with amazing pastries and traditional Spanish food and drinks. The ambiance was special.- Staying at the hotel was really good, I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying here and will be back. The hotel was reasonably spacious, with super friendly staff and fab location close to the train stations. The property was located in the centre of the city. The service was good in my opinion. Besides, my parking was nearby.
