hotel was staying with her husband for one night. We liked the hotel, cozy, clean venue, most importantly, room was very warm. bathroom is full of fresh and soft towels, bath accessories. hotel is located in an old villa, from this it seemed even cozier. location is wonderful, just a stone's throw from the "Field of Wonders", we stopped by when it was dark, main attraction of Pisa is so close to the hotel that we gladly walked 100 meters to the Tower of Pisa and field of wonders. At night the field of wonders is beautiful, real fairy tale and very few tourists. Before his choice, we read a lot of reviews on Buking. I don't usually do this, in this case I want to refute a few negative reviews about this hotel:... 1. Not fair reviews of poor breakfast. Friends, don't forget you're in Europe, not Sharm El Sheikh. hotel has a normal breakfast and croissants, muffins, cheese, meat slices, butter, yogurt, seafood and fragrant coffee. We liked everything, although we do not consider ourselves to be dieters, my husband and I are very fond of eating. 2. We were outraged by the reviews of a scalded carpet and old furniture. Yes, hotel is old, again. cozy and vintage. In the lobby everything is arranged under the old, it creates a unique hotel atmosphere. All the furniture in our room was new, although we wouldn't mind the atmosphere of vintage. We had the most economical room, just in case. Separate thanks to the reception staff, taking into account the new requirements of the airline Pobeda about printing out boarding passes, we had no problem printing out everything, no questions (we sent them files electronically after registration). hotel is great, we'll definitely come back with the family.
We rested in winter and everything was great. But for summer holidays it would be nice to have a fridge in your room (for drinks). Although, we took the most economical room, maybe the rest have refrigerators.

Very close from the main attractions of Pisa. Clean room with a/C.
But no safe and no fridge in the room. Also, no computer available to check mails. Not everybody is travelling with a laptop!!! No flexibility for breakfast when we had to wake up very early due to national strike!!!

The location of Hotel Villa Kinzica couldn't be bettered as it is only a stone's throw form the Piazza Duomo and the leaning tower. Ask for a room with a view then you can see it out of the window. If you like traditional furnishings then this is the hotel for you - bathrooms very clean as is the rest of the room. Staff friendly and efficient, and the breakfast more than adequate. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Pisa. Excellent value for money.
