Booked a neat double room with a terrace online and liked it. the location was perfect, with a famous street just a pleasant stroll away. - Shopping centers and the main shopping street were right next door. - Having an authentic restaurant for breakfast was a great advantage.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to the beach.
The listing said airport shuttle but there is no shuttle. In order to get to the airport you need to walk to the train station and catch a bus. We had a lot of luggage and a child with stroller so this was not an option for us. We also could not access the internet from the room. We had to go down to the lobby to use it and our room was on the 1st floor. The beds are very firm, very flat hard pillows and our bathroom had black mold in the shower.

This small hotel is located near the Nice-Ville Train Station (the main one in Nice). The bus stop of Shuttle 99 (Nice Airport - Nice Airport) is very close, i.e. there will be no problem with a quick transfer from Nice to the airport or other neighboring cities in France and Italy. The chamber setting of the hotel also leaves a pleasant impression.
Very important, a very small and slightly shabby room. They took an improved double room with 1 bed and a terrace. Pretty strong corridor audibility. Very limited range of breakfast, most likely due to lack of a full kitchen. For the first time we see that the hotel is positioned for 4 stars and does not even have an omelette. Breakfast assortment consists of a plate of cheese, a plate of ham, a plate of boiled eggs, a couple of variants of jam, butter and croissants. There was also some cereal and a coffee machine. Sometimes we had to sit at a not very clean table. The windows of the hotel overlook the not so attractive street. It's a little weak for a 4. In Nice, for this price you can find a 3 with a more convenient location and service, or for a slightly higher price to take a 4 better and closer to the center.

Very stylish and hearty hotel. You can feel the care of the guests in the little things. There is everything you need. Delicious breakfasts from quality products. Very friendly staff. Large parking for 21€ per day at 300 meters. Stunningly nice terraces on the 4th floor. We arrived late and had a great evening on the terrace as we couldn't go out to sea anymore.
Everyone notes the excellent location of the hotel, but you need to be prepared that, as in any European city, around the station is going to different odd. There's a lot of it... The renovations are a little tired... All the water on the bathroom floor is from the shower cubicle. Not enough hooks for towels.

The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff, water in the room is available, the room is small, but clean, the repair of course the hotel already needs... coffee in the lounge area is always there, croissants are also always there and that surprised, though not used, all for guests free. The station is close by, you can easily go to Monaco or Cannes, on foot to the center close, the building is beautiful. And now, compared to others, there are no fast food, no constant stench from different foods. Nearby there are restaurants, close to cafes, etc. all within walking distance of 3-5 minutes.
I didn't like the morning, I couldn't sleep because of the constantly slamming neighborhood doors, or I was unlucky with the neighbors who were tired of going back and forth and just pounded the doors!!! Until he taught me how to close the door smoothly...!
