The rooms were quiet with terrace, the staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly.

best staff especially john the manager who made us feel special, amazing and nice styled room. great facilities and exceptionally comfortable beds. stunning location convenient in relation to the port, in the beautiful area. fantastic food in the restaurants such as da paolino lemon trees, located 10 min away.

The location is superb, near the Amalfi coast and beach clubs, and the room with a terrace has a nice design.

Beautiful, clean with modern design. Good breakfast options with pastries, cereal, and juices. Nice pool with towels provided. Spa available for an additional fee. Shuttle service to the city. Lovely lobby with a bar. Not too busy.

The hotel staff at this place are simply the best. From the warm welcome drink and hand massage on arrival, to the enthusiastic bar tender and out-of-this-world food, they really go above and beyond. The spa treatments were also wonderful and the spa itself was just right for relaxation. The location is like something out of a storybook, with beautiful green gardens and being near the marina and main square in this city.

villa marina capri exceeded our expectations during our family holiday in capri. the property is beautiful and centrally located yet still feels remote and luxurious. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, from coordinating transportation to helping with reservations. everything was perfect.

Great complementary hand massages and welcome drinks offered. The hotel is located in a key spot with amazing views. Breakfast is served in a beautiful outdoor garden with a great selection of fresh fruits, vegetables and pastries.

The pictures of the pool in the suite were misleading - it was much smaller than expected. Housekeeping ignored the "do not disturb" sign multiple times and entered the suite unannounced.

From the moment I arrived at Villa Marina, I felt like royalty. The staff greeted me with a glass of Prosecco and a relaxing hand massage while they checked me in. The villa itself was absolutely stunning, with picturesque views and a beautifully designed layout. The restaurant at the hotel served one of the best meals I had during my trip, especially the homemade Lemoncello with cream - a must-try! The hotel also offered a great discount during my stay in October, which made it even more enjoyable as there were fewer tourists and the weather was still nice. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Villa Marina Capri Hotel & Spa for anyone visiting Capri.

Although the majority of the staff at Villa Marina were amazing, there were a couple who lacked the warmth and friendliness that I experienced with other Italians. Additionally, one of the night drivers was inattentive and seemed to have a sexist attitude towards customers.

Staying at this hotel was a complete luxury experience. the staff was top-notch, always attentive to every detail and eager to fulfill all of our needs. the Spa & Wellness center was a real highlight with its sauna, steam room, and massage treatments that truly helped us to relax. the sun terrace offered an amazing view and a perfect place to unwind. the outdoor swimming pool was delightful and a great place to chill on a warm day.

The minor negative point would be the price of some of the services at the spa. For example, the cost of using the Jacuzzi was a bit high compared to other hotels we have stayed at before.

We had an incredible time at Villa Marina! The property is absolutely stunning, and we were blown away by the beautiful views. Our room, although a bit smaller than expected, was still lovely and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved having our own private pool in our suite, it was such a luxury. The staff, especially Gina, went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The breakfast served was wonderful and we enjoyed the amazing views while dining. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Villa Marina Capri Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Capri.
