Stayed here for a relaxing family trip. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. They even tracked down my lost mail at the post office, which was a huge relief. The check-in process was seamless and the rooms were elegant and clean with comfortable lighting. The shower, with its temperature control and colorful lighting, was exceptional. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the location was perfect. We requested connecting rooms and had confirmation before arrival. The spa services were excellent and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, staff, and the convenient location very close to the main city attractions. The front restaurant and the restaurant at breakfast were both excellent. The hotel is right in the center of this city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all it has to offer.

The hotel is fairly clean with very efficient personnel. the brand-new rooms are fully-equipped with a good safe, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing desk. the customer service provided was good, and they offered late check-out. the hot breakfast was a nice touch.

The hotel's restaurants offered a delicious dining experience, with options like the Orange Bourbon cocktail and the apple strudel that tasted just like grandma's.

Some staff members at the breakfast area seemed to ignore guests, resulting in a less than satisfactory dining experience.

The location in a high-end shopping neighborhood, with easy access to shops, museums, and historic beer halls. It is also within walking distance to the Marienplatz and many different beer halls, including the famous Hofbrauhaus. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure to fulfill all your requests. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel offers free in-room WiFi, a rare find in Germany.
