We had a wonderful stay at Valia Hotel for our holiday in Asia. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy, and the swimming pool and gym were fantastic. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. What really stood out was the excellent staff, especially Nok, who was incredibly helpful and attentive when we had a late-night accident. If we return to Bangkok, we will definitely choose Valia Hotel again.
Would recommend this hotel.

The suite had a washing machine and kitchenette but lacked pots and pans. Wood floors gave the room a charming feel and the dining table was a nice touch. Breakfast was repetitive but omelets were available upon request. Food delivery options were convenient. Laundry service was efficient. Multiple convenient stores nearby.

Wow, what a weekend! The complimentary breakfast and wifi were a great start each day, and we loved being in an area surrounded by delicious local restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the great location, making it easy to get around and explore.
While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few things that could use improvement. For one, the furniture in the room felt outdated and could certainly benefit from some TLC.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the Sukhumvit area and popular nearby areas. It is also centrally located to major shopping areas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like a big bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with a good variety of dishes. The view from higher floors is amazing.
The hotel has two buildings, one luxury and the other not up to the same standard.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel were impressive, from the superb restaurant to the luxurious private facilities. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, and the friendly staff always provided beach towels. the room advantages were top-notch, with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking view. the location advantages were also notable, just a short walk from popular attractions.
There was a minor issue with the service when we requested something that should have been prepared in the room facilities, but the night manager was unhelpful. Despite this, the housekeepers were attentive and responded kindly.
