stayed for 3 nights in this great looking and chic place, loved that. i had good food for breakfast with a friendly efficient waitress. the staff there were brilliantly helpful and very amiable. the location was best possible, close to everything, convenient to go everywhere.

Urbanica Fifth has a special atmosphere. the location is great and stunning, being close to a public beach. - the hotel is positioned in a fantastic area, near the beach, parties, and bars.

Exceeded my expectations, I will come back. The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Special atmosphere, nevertheless some people working here are not very helpful. The location is fantastic, the check in is easy. The restaurant is excellent with freshly cooked dishes to choose from;))

The hotel was close to the beach, shops, restaurants, bayside, and all the parties and bars within walking distance. South Beach district was definitely worth exploring. The room we stayed in had climate control, a laptop-compatible safe, and a multi-channel television.
