The experience at Urban Hotel Kyoto is quite comfortable. the hotel is well-maintained, featuring courteous personnel and a particularly nice view of the mountains surrounding Kyoto. Guests can enjoy a quiet room equipped with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

The location in a good area was marvellous and perfect and there were a bakery and convenience stores nearby. A train station was walk from the hotel, I enjoyed it. The most important was the staff - helpful and welcoming people. I was offered a room with nice views on the Mountains surrounding Kyoto.

We enjoyed rooms and staff here. A few steps away from Tenei, where you can have lunch.

I loved having an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my room.

The staff here are very friendly, the room is clean with a beautiful view, and the bed is incredibly comfy!

The hotel is conveniently located close to two train stations, allowing easy access to various attractions in Kyoto. It is also within walking distance to the famous Fushimi Inari Shrine, making it a great choice for exploring the area. there are many convenience stores, bakeries, and even a retro game shop near the hotel, providing guests with plenty of options for food and entertainment.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, with no significant issues to mention.

My husband and I stayed at Urban Hotel for our visit to the Fushimi-Inari Shrine. We were delighted by the helpful staff who assisted us with our luggage. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shrine and close to public transportation. The room amenities were great, especially the aromatic smell of the roasted green tea. The bathroom, equipped with a hitech toilet, was impressive. We also appreciated the nearby supermarket and restaurants. The free and excellent wifi made communication easy. a great stay with friendly staff and a prime location!
