Abstract

As people pursue the concept of green and low carbon, green supply chain is a key link of development, and the selection of its key green suppliers plays a crucial role in green development. As the decision making of green suppliers involves many factors, many experts need to make decisions together, the selection of green supplier can be regarded as a problem of multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM). Thus, this manuscript collected information in probabilistic hesitant fuzzy (PHF) environment and using CRITIC method to obtain the unknown weighting among criterions. Further, a MADM framework develop a novel QUALItative FLEXible (QUALIFLEX) method based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT) with the PHF information was constructed to conduct the selection problem. Finally, a numerical case of green supplier selection was illustrated with this proposed model, and other methods were utilized to compare with PHF-CPT-QUALIFLEX method to verify the feasibility and applicability.
