The room was very spacious and clean. They came in and serviced our room during our 2 night stay and replenished our drink supply.
Breakfast was not really european style, but maybe ok for thais. Receptionist was useless, didnt understand any english (but was not rude) pool was in a different building- accross the road- same as breakfast. It was situated very out of the way of anything and everything and there were various strip clubs and escort agencies nearby soliciting on the streets for most of the evening and night - dont bring your kids here ;). When we asked when there was a shuttle bus to town and shopping centres they said there was problem with the busses (that were advertised on this website) and didnt understand anything else. - didnt try to either or offer any help. The road to the shopping centre where there was not excellent shopping anyway and a very poor choice of food was dangerous as there was no path. When we asked if there was anywhere nice to eat we were directed to the same shopping centre. ( we had no choice but to taxi elsewhere- minimum 200 bhat) or eat in the worst selection of fast food restaurants i have ever seen. I will not be coming back.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean swimming pool and cozy balcony area in my room. Additionally, the hotel was in a great location - close to the beach and easy to access transportation. Finally, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with my room being cleaned daily.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

too far away from the city. We scared to go out in the evening.

modern building, clean, conveniently equipped rooms, helpful staff, in relatively close proximity to rassada pier for catching ferry to phi phi - ideal for a one-night stay before transferring to an island.
no interesting locations to spend the evening at within walking distance. we finally ended up at robinson's, which is a shopping centre - mainly for thai people - that has a really nice night market close by so you can choose from a variety of original dishes. breakfast is not great, though fair considering the room rate.

We stayed at a hotel in Patong which was a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it a perfect location for sunbathing and swimming. the room was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us the best service we have ever had. Their complimentary breakfast had a variety of dishes that were delicious, and the facilities, including the pool and restaurant, were top-notch. Unfortunately, the WiFi was slow, which was the only downside to an otherwise great stay.

The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the town centre, making it convenient for exploring the area. the rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, offering complimentary toiletries and drinking water. the air conditioning is effective and quiet.
The breakfast, although provided at a nearby facility, was only Asian style and not very tasty. the staff were not always helpful and struggled with communicating in English.

Spent Christmas there and the room was quite spacious! , the location was key, it was close to the action and we could walk to restaurants and shops with ease. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and let us stay connected with family back home.
The noise from the street outside was unbearable - loud music from nearby bars kept us up all night, walls/windows didn't block much sound. The bed was also extremely hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
