Dried blood on sheets. No microwave, [Website, indicates rooms have them] No coffee left in room , day afte complaining of dried blood on sheets. [ Coincidence?]

My suite was excellent: neat, well furnished, good king-size bed, Good downtown location. Friendly, helpful staff. Responsive to my suggestions for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently situated near many restaurants, the waterfront, casino, and the Aquatic centre. Our room was equipped with a comfortable chair and a dining table. - the hotel's location is fantastic, providing easy access to downtown Detroit. - We enjoyed spending our evenings at the nearby Phog Lounge, especially during the hot weather.

The room was smelly, carpet was full of spots, the TV was from the 1970's and the beds were not clean and the park was outside.

I really like the separate bedroom aspect. the bathroom is a good size and the living space is nice to have.

I did not enjoy entering into a room that did not have the heat turned on at all. the room was 55f when entered. I turned on the heat, left to grab a bite to eat and came back about an 2 hours later and the room was still only 65f. We called to the front desk and they moved us rooms which was nice.

Cozy room with a kitchenette and a comfy sofa - so convenient! the location is awesome, you can easily walk to a cool historic theatre nearby 🎭.

The size of the room is excellent and the ability to have connecting rooms was very convenient. We were able to have a family dinner together. Great value and location near the Windsor waterfront.

Couches and carpets need to be replaced but we understand that this will be happening very shortly.

Whenever I'm around, I always go for this place. It's a pretty clean spot with awesome views and a cool layout. the rooms have everything you need! 🌟

It was very close to the nightlife of Windsor. Easy walking from hotel to bars and clubs.

This place is super clean and offers great value for your money. Its location is convenient, just a stone's throw away from the waterfront and the tunnel to Detroit. The breakfast here is fantastic, with a good variety of food options to choose from. 🍳 Great place overall!

The room was really nice and spacious. The bed was great too. The view from the room was also nice; I stayed at 12th floor. Parking possibilities were good as well. Close to the best museum in Windsor.
