pestana exceeded my expectations during this christmas party. the location was perfect - close to grand central, bryant park, and delicious food spots. the amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. definitely a great choice for a clean and affordable stay in nyc.

Staying here was a great experience! the hotel's location was spot on - I was able to get around easily, grab taxis outside, and everything worth visiting was within walking distance. The staff provided amazing service, particularly the housekeeping and laundry team who kept my room beautifully tidy, and the daytime staff who ensured my needs were met. Secondly, the hotel's amenities are first-rate, from the mini-bar to the soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, in-room safe. Lastly, the hotel's leisure facilities such as the tv room and luggage storage made my stay more enjoyable!

We were impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff at Pestana. They quickly resolved an issue with the room I booked not being available, and responded promptly when our room was not cleaned. The location was perfect for both work and leisure activities, and the daily free coffee and croissants were a bonus. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

We were delighted with the stunning view from our room on the 25th floor. The Empire State Building looked just like the picture, and having a balcony made it even better. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for exploring Midtown, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a great new year’s experience in a hotel located in the heart of the city. the room had an outstanding view and cozy environment. Friendly staff and 24/7 kitchen facility for coffee/tea and water. We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and free access to the Wi-Fi.

The size of the room was not enough for two people and the balcony had no chairs or benches. Breakfast was miserable with only coffee and a bagel.

I gotta say, I was really impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The room exceeded my expectations, it was even nicer than in the photos. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major tourist spots, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay at Pestana.

As for breakfast offerings, it would have been great to have more options available. Maybe it was a temporary thing, but having a nice breakfast would've made my mornings even better.
